    Description:

    SP- 1628® is a unique two-component epoxy coating with superior surface wetting, flexibility, high operating temperature, and cathodic disbanding resistance up with 95˚C (203˚F) for use as a field joint coating. The superior wetting characteristic provides excellent adhesion and long term corrosion protection of the steel surface. SP-1628® is available in Brush Grade and Spray Grade.

    Description:

    SP- 1853® is a coal tar free two-component polyurethane coating designed for long-term corrosion protection. SP-1853® is available in a Self- Levelling formulation that is ideal for use on concrete substrates where high impact, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance properties are required.     SP-2810 LTC (Low Temperature Cure) is a two-component modified epoxy coating designed for use in winter application on cold substrate. SP-2810 LTC has the ability to cure down to -10°C (14°F). It is used for applications in cold weather (winter) where other coating systems would require preheating of the substrate or enclosure and application of external heat for curing purposes. SP-2810 LTC coating is ideal for utilization on facilities operating at low temperatures, which precludes the use of preheating / external heat.

    Description:

    SP- 2889® EPL (Extended Pot Life) is a variation of SP-2888® R.G. Epoxy / Polyurethane coating in which the pot life has been extended. This enables the Spray Grade to be applied with airless spray equipment. The performance properties of SP-2889® EPL are similar to SP-2888® R.G. in which the urethane polymer is pre-bonded to the epoxy resin, rendering the coating “isocyanate free”. SP-3888® Fast Cure has an excellent high operating temperature capability and cathodic disbondment resistance up to 95˚C (203˚F). SP-3888® FC is available in 50ml and 450ml Repair Cartridge.

    Description:

    SP- 5885 SF is a 100% solids technologically advanced epoxy coating designed for general purpose corrosion protection for structural steel, piping, storage tanks, machinery and equipment used in in petroleum refineries, pulp and paper mills, and sewage treatment plants. This high performance self-priming two-component epoxy coating possesses good surface wetting properties and can be used over SSPC-SP2 prepared surfaces. SP-5885 SF can also be used as a top coat over tightly adhered coating. A coat of SP-1088 can be applied over SP-5885 SF for colour and UV retention. SP-5885 SF is available in Spray Grade but can also be applied by Brush or Roller.
